Volunteer

The Cold Plunge for MS is seeking volunteers to help out the day of the plunge, on June 18, 2023. There will be a need to help setup the tables and tent, monitor the stop clock, help those with MS into and out of the water, and break down and clean up of the site. We only need about 5-6 volunteers, so if you feel called to help in this way please contact us by submitting the Contact form below and indicating how you would like to volunteer.
